Registering your child for Kindergarten is an exciting first step

toward their educational journey!

Our Kindergarten program is designed to create a warm, nurturing environment where young learners feel supported as they explore new concepts and skills. The registration process is simple, with friendly staff available to guide you through each step.

Please complete and return the registration form to the school office → New Kindergarten Student Form

Students must be 5 years of age by Aug. 31, 2026.  

Kindergarten Parent Meeting will be on April 20, 2026 from 6:30 to 7:00 pm in the AES Safe Room.

The meeting consists of information provided by the school staff and answers to questions. Our school nurse, Erin Hilger, RN, will discuss general health and immunization requirements. Kindergarten teachers will also introduce themselves.

Please bring the following documents with you for new students who did not attend Andale PreK:

• Copy of your child’s state issued birth certificate. We can make copies if needed. 

• Current immunization record. This can be a printed copy from your physician or we can copy your pink immunization record cards.

•  Health physical 

  • Use this form: Health Physical or a form provided by the physician.
  • Physical must be dated after September 1, 2026.
  • The physical may be completed by a licensed physician (MD, DO, DC), a certified physician’s assistant (PA-C), or an advance practice registered nurse (APRN).

• Proof of residency

  • We can accept: Current electric bill, gas bill, water bill, signed lease, rental agreement, or signed housing contract.
  • We can’t accept: Driver’s license, check, cell phone bill, cable bill, or any other kind of bill or letter.
