Andale Elementary

After spending years as a computer programmer, I decided I wanted a change.    I grew up in a family of teachers and decided to take a position at an alternative high school until I could figure out my future.   I then began  working closely with the at risk population and quickly realized I loved working with children and decided to get my Master’s in School Counseling.   I worked with high school students in the counseling department for five years and loved every minute of it.   I am really excited for the change and working with the younger population.

I am married and live in west Wichita.   I have two grown step kiddos so we are empty nesters.   I have a seven pound toy schnauzer named Harper who is beyond spoiled. 

In my free time, I love to work out, watching Hallmark movies and making crafts.   I am completely obsessed with Pinterest!   I am a huge Wichita State Shocker basketball fan.  I cannot miss a game!   I also love watching the KC Royals in my downtime.   I married a football fanatic so I am learning to love it too, but my love is basketball!
