I graduated from Southeast of Saline High School in Gypsum, Kansas. From there I attended Kansas State University where I received my elementary teaching degree. I have endorsements in 5-9 mathematics and 5-9 social science. I am also highly qualified by the state of Kansas in language arts and science.
This will be my third year teaching in the Andale Middle School. I am very happy to be teaching math again!
I have 26 years of teaching experience at Southeast of Saline in Gypsum, Kansas. My teaching experience at SES includes seventh and eighth grade science, seventh and eighth grade language arts, and eighth grade math. I also ran the summer school credit recovery program for three years.
I married my best friend, John Clements, in 1996. We have two children. Our daughter, Sydney, is a chemical engineer for Phillips 66 in Texas. Our son, Burke, is living in working New York. The youngest of the family is our dog Chief. He enjoys lounging on the deck and soaking up the air conditioning.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, crafting, and being outdoors.
